InterviewBee Affiliate Program Terms
Last Updated: June 2, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the InterviewBee Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by InterviewBee AI, a product operated by Bruno Corp Limited ("InterviewBee," "we," "our," or "us").
By applying to, joining, accessing, or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate," "Partner," "you," or "your") agree to these Affiliate Terms, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any additional program rules, commission terms, campaign terms, or operational guidelines communicated by InterviewBee or made available through our affiliate platform.
These Affiliate Terms should be read together with:
- InterviewBee Terms & Conditions: https://interviewbee.ai/terms-and-conditions
- InterviewBee Privacy Policy: https://interviewbee.ai/privacy-policy
- InterviewBee Pricing Page: https://interviewbee.ai/pricing
If you do not agree to these Affiliate Terms, you must not participate in the Program.
1. Program Purpose
The Program allows approved affiliates, creators, coaches, recruiters, communities, placement consultants, job boards, education partners, and other partners to promote InterviewBee products and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made by referred customers.
The Program is intended for the legitimate promotion of InterviewBee's AI-powered interview preparation and interview assistance products.
2. Affiliate Approval
Participation in the Program is subject to approval by InterviewBee.
InterviewBee may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application or affiliate account at its sole discretion.
We may reject or remove affiliates for reasons including but not limited to:
- Misaligned audience or promotional method
- Spam, misleading promotion, or low-quality traffic
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Brand misuse
- Misrepresentation of InterviewBee
- Violation of these Affiliate Terms
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Any activity that may damage InterviewBee's reputation, users, product, or business interests
Approval into the Program does not guarantee continued participation.
3. Eligible Products and Offers
The Program may cover one or more InterviewBee products, including but not limited to:
- InterviewBee AI Mock Interviewer: https://interviewbee.ai/mock-ai-interviewer
- InterviewBee Live AI Assistant: https://interviewbee.ai/live-ai-interview-assistant
- InterviewBee Desktop AI Assistant: https://interviewbee.ai/desktop-ai-interview-assistant
- InterviewBee subscription plans listed on the pricing page: https://interviewbee.ai/pricing
- Interview preparation packages, bundles, one-time interview packages, or promotional offers made available by InterviewBee from time to time
InterviewBee may add, remove, rename, bundle, reprice, restrict, or modify eligible products, plans, offers, and packages at any time.
Not every InterviewBee product, plan, package, geography, user segment, coupon, trial, or offer will necessarily be eligible for affiliate commissions.
4. Commission Structure
Affiliate commission rates, commission duration, payout eligibility, attribution windows, and product eligibility will be communicated through the affiliate platform, written program materials, campaign-specific terms, or written communication from InterviewBee.
Commission structures may vary based on:
- Product type
- Subscription plan
- One-time package
- Geography
- Currency
- User segment
- Affiliate type
- Affiliate tier
- Campaign
- Promotional offer
- Customer cohort
- Strategic partner arrangement
- Special written agreement
InterviewBee may modify commission percentages, promotional offers, pricing, payout structures, attribution windows, eligible products, and program incentives from time to time.
Any changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated. Valid commissions already earned before the effective date of a change will not be reduced retroactively, except in cases involving refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, tracking errors, duplicate transactions, or violation of these Affiliate Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, commissions are calculated only on amounts actually received by InterviewBee, excluding taxes, discounts, credits, refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, payment reversals, payment processing fees, and other deductions.
5. Qualifying Purchases
A "Qualifying Purchase" means a valid paid purchase by a referred customer that:
- Is tracked through InterviewBee's approved affiliate platform or approved tracking method
- Is made by a new or otherwise eligible customer
- Is not fraudulent, duplicate, cancelled, refunded, disputed, or charged back
- Is not a self-referral
- Is not generated through prohibited promotional activity
- Is not an internal, test, employee, contractor, or related-party purchase
- Is not excluded under campaign-specific terms
- Is approved by InterviewBee
Free signups, free trials, demo users, unpaid accounts, failed payments, cancelled transactions, and users who do not complete a paid purchase do not qualify for commissions unless InterviewBee explicitly states otherwise in writing.
InterviewBee has the final authority to determine whether a transaction is a Qualifying Purchase.
6. Tracking and Attribution
Affiliate attribution will be managed through InterviewBee's selected affiliate platform, which may include Tolt or another approved tracking system.
Affiliates may receive unique tracking links, referral links, coupon codes, or campaign assets where applicable.
Commissions are only payable when the referred transaction is properly tracked and attributed according to InterviewBee's approved tracking method.
InterviewBee may set or change attribution rules, including:
- Cookie duration
- Last-click attribution
- Coupon-code attribution
- Direct-link attribution
- Campaign-specific attribution
- Product-specific attribution
- Geo-specific attribution
- Affiliate-specific attribution
If multiple affiliates, coupons, campaigns, or marketing channels are involved in a customer journey, InterviewBee's tracking system and attribution rules will determine commission eligibility.
InterviewBee is not obligated to pay commissions for transactions that are not properly tracked, unless InterviewBee determines at its sole discretion that sufficient evidence exists to manually attribute the transaction.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, affiliates are not eligible to earn commissions on:
- Existing InterviewBee customers
- Customers already in InterviewBee's sales pipeline
- Customers already referred by another affiliate
- Customers who previously purchased InterviewBee
- Duplicate accounts created to trigger commissions
- Users who switch accounts, emails, or payment methods to generate affiliate credit
7. Payouts, Refunds and Chargebacks
Affiliate commissions will be paid according to the payout schedule, payout method, and minimum payout threshold configured by InterviewBee.
Unless otherwise communicated, payouts may be processed monthly and may be subject to a minimum payout threshold.
InterviewBee may set or modify:
- Minimum payout threshold
- Payout method
- Payout frequency
- Payout currency
- Payout timing
- Payment review period
- Required tax or payment information
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout details. InterviewBee is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected payments caused by incorrect affiliate-provided payment information.
If an affiliate does not meet the minimum payout threshold in a given payout cycle, unpaid eligible commissions may roll over to a future payout cycle, subject to these Affiliate Terms.
Commissions are not payable on refunded, cancelled, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or chargeback-related transactions.
If a commission has already been credited or paid for a transaction that is later refunded, cancelled, disputed, reversed, or charged back, InterviewBee may:
- Deduct the amount from future commissions
- Reverse the commission in the affiliate platform
- Withhold future payouts until the balance is corrected
- Request repayment where necessary
- Terminate the affiliate account in cases of abuse or fraud
InterviewBee may withhold payouts where required by law, where payment information is incomplete, where tax information is missing, where fraud review is pending, or where the affiliate is in breach of these Affiliate Terms.
Affiliates are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, reporting obligations, and compliance requirements arising from commissions received under the Program.
